Associate Lonnie was my initial contact and got the ball rolling. Allison picked up the ball on my next visit and finished the deal. Good selection and reasonable prices. Friendly , non pushy attitudes.
Loni was such a great help, professional, kind, explained my benefits clearly, answered my questions, and gave great feedback when selecting my frames. I usually just go to warby parker to get my glasses but I realized that the selection at VisionWorks is vast and the customer service is was amazing.
Alison was super helpful and walked me through every step of the way regardless of how I didn't understand the process, she kept her calm and was professional. Excellent employee. Anybody would be lucky to have her at the store hopefully she never gets transferred because this is my home store! Thank you so much!
