Just plain bad service. I can’t tell you about the quality because the staff was so bad. I was totally ignored, not even a nod, not one word.
The optometrist who did my exam was great. However while waiting I watched another customer getting help and suggestions on glasses, the woman was so good with him. Spent 20 minutes going over which glasses would be right for his face etc.... then my turn came, and new story "is this what you want?" I ask how they look, "fine" wham bam. I'm done. I have medicaid. He was paying. Wow. Thank you
My wife and entire really appreciate the extreme professionalism at Visionworks of Massapequa Park, New York. We are especially impressed with Elizabeth. We have visited this store many times over the past few years. Elizabeth always welcomes us with a heartfelt greeting and proceeds to identify our needs and move us through the process with great efficiency. Vanessa was the wonderful sale Rep that help me to pick out a great pair of glasses. She also assisted me with leans for my other glasses as well as adding new nose pads. Outstanding job Venessa.
Do not buy glasses from this place even with the insurance they offer they will make you pay an outstanding copay.
I just loved the store that I visited. The staff was great and very professional. The doctor was very nice. I also just loved the assortment of glasses available.
Had a great experience Emma is very knowledgeable and helps pick out the best glasses that looks great on all the family. I recommend this location and ask for Emma.
Dr. Mae's was great, she took her time and was patient with me. The staff here is always polite and friendly, Brooke is awesome she helped me pick out my glasses which were a new style for me and they turned out to be perfect. Overall I highly recommend Vision Works Mt. Juliet...
Super helpful staff, short wait time, great frame selection! Always having good deals, too. Love the location, will be back next year!
