Had such a good experience for my first visit! My schedule happened to free up last-minute and I was able to book an appointment online for the next day. They have a really good system of confirming and sending reminders about your appointment too, which was really reassuring for me. Angie the optician was the sweetest checking me in, getting my pre-exam started, and helping me pick my new pair of glasses afterwards. I was very pleased with the price and the service. Compared the cost with my coverage through Kaiser and they were a better deal. The person that helped me Jessica was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. They also have a great return/exchange policy if you are not fully satisfied, which in my case I am beyond happy. Thank you Vision Works
