I’ve been coming here for a few years now. I took my son here to get his first pair of glasses and the staff were very friendly and patient with him. I came back for my eye exam and Lisa helped me find frames that suited what I wanted. Lisa is the best!
While the staff are kind, the policies and prices are unbearable. Go work with a better company. I’ve also been disappointed with the quality of glasses obtained.
Couldn't even get a hold of one to clarify insurance info, and the AI was unhelpful and got caught in a loop. I was unwilling to spend time trying to get through. I gave up and went somewhere else.
The service and selection were outstanding!!! I will definitely be buying all my glasses from this store.
The staff was so incredible! They helped me figure out my insurance, choose frames and answered so many questions with such knowledge and kindness! I have been putting off getting my glasses and contacts because I was dreading the time and frustration I usually experience but the staff made it so easy and actually enjoyable! Thanks Lisa!
