This review is regarding the store in Herriman Utah. 5 stars The agent knew what she was doing. She showed me a lot of things. Only what I told her I was looking for. She had a sense of humor, which I really like. Explained technical things about the eye at the end. And we even talked math, which I knew all about too. Fun!

I visited the store and was pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness and spacious layout. The staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly, allowing me to browse at my own pace before offering assistance. The selection of glasses was impressive, although they all seemed similar in style or color. I had the best experience if i could give a million stars. Sterling is so nice with every customer that walks in he greets everyone when he's so busy with customers. The sweet lady that helped me had a beautiful accent & was so kind. Dr Tran had me in/out such great service all around. I'd highly recommended anyone here. Phoebe B. was my Sr. Optical Specialist and helped find a petite extra small pair of glasses. She explained all of the options so well that it was easy to decide to purchase them. She was excellent in every way and very amazing! Loved her and would highly recommend her.
