I hope that this location realizes the asset they have in Lisa. She makes the experience fantastic and puts up with my unusual sense of humor. The glasses have been good for me. They see, pun intended, some pretty rough service.

Avoid Visionworks. The staff is amazing, the glasses not so much. My rather expensive pair with "anti-scratch coating" lasted a year before being so scratched that everything was blurry. I thought at first it must be the way I was cleaning my glasses, so I started carrying around a microfiber cloth, used nothing but microfiber clothes to clean my glasses, and consistently made sure the cloths were clean. I didn't get the doctor's name, but she explained things pretty well. And Lisa was AMAZING! Janet was a very sweet lady, even though I didn't interact with her much. I have NEVER had a better experience in any kind of "professional"/doctor's office setting. I'm almost counting down the days until my appointment next year!
