Good for Vsp vision benefits but never spending any of my own money here again. They made a mistake with my order and overcharged me hundreds of dollars, knew the mistake happened, and let me leave and figure it out on my own. When I walked back in they knew exactly what happened because they told me they saw it happen. Days after trying to enjoy a vacation but this is still on my mind because I still haven’t gotten a refund!
Absolutely enjoyed my first visit here. Staff was super friendly, fast, and made the process simple. I was in & out within 20 minutes with my appointment. Amazing selection of glasses & the turn around for my glasses was 2 weeks! Normally I have to wait 1-2 months for my glasses with the location I used to go to. Anyone looking for a glasses provider look no further, you won’t be disappointed!
This place is so friendly and helpful (especially the two ladies I met last year and again this year on 1-23-26 at I believe 11am. yall, my glasses STOLEN!). It just really feels nice when they remember you, also! But I must say MY optometrist did her big one this year on that day! All 3 of my glasses ( 2 glasses with my benefits and 1 sunglasses pair. The staff here was kind and had excellent customer service. Nancy was especially knowledgeable and helpful. She was awesome. I'll definitely be recommending this place to others.
