I went to my appointment an hour early because that's when my sister's appointment was, they saw both of us right away even if mine was later! Very friendly and helpful staff! My doctor was Dr. Emmy Thai.
STAY AWAY!! I never put negative reviews but this was so bad.... Visionworks does not like to work... They have a Doctor there by the name of Emmy Thai. She also represents Opticore Optometry Group. This Lady refused to help me with my eye Exam because I was 3 min late to my 5:45pm appointment. She wanted to go home. Very very Unprofessional Doctor. Nancy was a big help today!!! Came in to adjust my glasses and they were super helpful and nice! I went to the optometrist near Burlington and they wanted to charge me an arm and leg! Thankful for Visionworks Falcon Ridge!!<3
This place was amazing , simply put. My husband needed a medical eye exam due to a black eye and swelling . They had a same day appointment which was a life saver. Everyone in the front office was so empathetic, kind, and understanding and very helpful. Dr Thai was thorough and amazing checking my husband's eye. The customer service was top notch.
