It was my first time here and the experience was great!
My first time here today and I have nothing but amazing things to say. From the moment I walked in I was greeted, filled out new paperwork and everyone was so kind. The doctor and the assistant were amazing. Definitely recommend :)
This place is great! I’ve been bringing our family here for a few years and the associates and Dr staff feel like friends. They always help us in every way possible from ordering new glasses to all the minor fixes and adjustments. I always tell my friends and family to go there because we’ve had such great service.
We had a great experience with Christina at the Serene location- she made it easy and quick to pick out our frames, explained everything in terms or our lenses, and had us out the door in under 30 minutes. We appreciated her professionalism and knowledge.
So friendly and professional! Will be back! I super highly recommend going here and my experience was with Lori. I was so pleased with my service and their repair policies for my cracked lens since I purchased the protection package! Couldn't believe how easy it was. Lori is so pleasant to work with!
