I ordered glasses on November 8th, it's now December 13th and I'm still waiting for them. The first pair came a week later but they took incorrect measurements, they corrected them and ordered new lenses. Same issue, the new lenses were processed with the incorrect lenses. Third time, they told me 7-10 days to wait for the corrected lenses. It's now 14 days. Nothing. They don't call to give me updates. This store does not have the capability to send or receive emails, everything must be done over fax. Also, they are terrible at keeping records of past orders. I ordered a pair of glasses from them 1yr ago, and as a matter of policy they did not keep any records of the prescription, size of the glasses, type of glasses, or anything else.

Nice employees. Went in for a contact fitting, as soon as I got home I scheduled another appointment with a different doctor's office. Improper rushed fitting. Wasted my yearly eye exam. You can't expect much from a downtown chain on a weekend.

The actual eye doctor was amazing and very friendly. The staff however should be doing stock work with the attitudes they possess. With glasses and contacts this expensive they should be much more friendly to at least attempt to level the field. I work in customer service so it's disappointing when others who do treat me like an annoyance. Thoroughly perplexed that they still have their jobs.
