The whole process is smooth. Walked in, got an appointment, picked out my frames, paid deductible and walked out. The optical equipment top level, Dr Kuljeet Singh went thru all the imaging and made sure my prescription precise. There is a no questions asked returned policy if the frames don’t work out after 30 days.
I hope your experience is better than mine, but I’d strongly recommend avoiding the Tukwila location. I went in for an eye exam on 4/16/25. Staff were friendly, and the store wasn’t too busy. But the exam itself was extremely quick, and the doctor casually mentioned I might have solar retinopathy—then backtracked when I said I always wear sunglasses. That shook my confidence, but I proceeded anyway. Two weeks later, I picked up my glasses and couldn’t see clearly. I wore them all weekend as advised, but still no improvement.... read more
I had an excellent experience with Visionworks’ warranty process for my broken glasses. Sara provided exemplary customer service. She was clear explaining the warranty details and my insurance options since my prescription had expired since I purchased my pair of glasses. She made efforts to accommodate my work schedule to fit me for an appointment with the optometrist on short notice. Woman over there makes everything looks like mission impossible, likes to block and say no to everything , not interested in working, absolutely getting paid by the hour , gosh!! No wonder nobody is in there
