Apparently this “medical office” does not have a HIPAA complaint email? They are withholding my vision prescription unless I come in in person to pick it up. Or I can wait for their records department to reply to a email, but they have no phone number and when I will hear back, who knows. Last time I was there in person, their printer was “broken” so I couldn’t obtain a copy at that time . . . Trying to understand how a company with 8k employees operates this way. The Optometrist was very helpful and directed me to a specialist who gave me a a though retinal exam which worked out fine. New frames are very elegant and prescription is perfect. Nice price, professional service, huge appointment windows, excellent selection, all good. This is a very efficient and proactive optical service provider.
Was greeted immediately upon entering the store by Emma who was very friendly. Dr. Singh has a wonderful personality and so down to earth. All of my questions were answered and the selection they offer was quite vast. My coworker recommended this location and I'm so glad I made the appointment. By the way love the ability to make eye exam appointments right from my phone, well done Visionworks!!!
Never been here before until today and they were amazing. Won’t ever be going back to “america’s best” lol they were all so nice.
