Great experience at Visionworks, RSM. Dr Eisa was caring and knowledgable, she answered all my questions, and pointed out to some things my regular ophthalmologist had missed. The staff are super friendly and knowledgable as well. They helped me pick a great frame that fits my face well, and prices are very fair. I highly recommend this office for all your eye care needs.
I visited my ophthalmologist and discovered that the prescription vision works gave me was completely OFF!!!!! After spending $850 on the prescriptions, using my frames for one pair and purchasing Ray-Ban RX sunglasses for the other, I called to inquire about the cost with my new prescription from my ophthalmologist using my own frames. To my surprise, I was informed that the cost would be $275, and that is with “there vision works discount!
Wow! What a experience. Staff is outstanding. Friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. Facility is super clean with the latest of Technological equipment. I highly recommend this store.
The customer service and availability was wonderful. Dr. Eisa was incredible and her knowledge, attention to detail, and demeanor were exceptional. I highly recommend this location!
Amazing customer service, needed a screw for my spectacles and they changed it for free of cost. Great staff and amazing experience.
