Usually I don’t need glasses, but I thought I’d utilize my vision insurance and get an eye exam pick up some computer glasses since they would be covered. The personalized service that Visionworks in Lake Forest provides was a really great experience. I worked with Kate, who was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She helped me narrow down some styles. She was never pushy or felt like she was trying to upsell me on anything, and want to acknowledge her awesome customer service!
They are so nice..I walked in and they fixed my glasses. I am not a patient and I didn't buy the glasses from them!
Absolutely great customer service Kate and Sandra were so helpful and friendly My contact RX was rejected for some reason and they were prompt to fix the issue and get my contact RX resubmitted
