I normally don’t leave reviews, but I had to because of Minuet. My first visit to this store wasn’t the best experience, and while my second visit was better, it still didn’t stand out. However, my third visit completely changed my impression of the store, and that was all because of Minuet. Great customer service!
Due to my scheduling restraints, I opted to walk in without an appointment in case there was some availability. Lubna was fantastic, finding a way to squeeze me in around the appointments that they already had. The exam was thorough, and the doctor explained the results to me and informed me of things I should keep an eye out for. Once the exam was done, Lubna assisted me with getting my order placed, doing her absolute darndest to help me get out by the time that I needed to leave, all without missing a beat. What a hassle going to this store. Lubna is obviously a pathological liar. She obviously cares less about the fact that they lost my glasses that I turned in for a warranty and then told me they couldn't charge me for my eye exam because I had a $400 credit and they had to have that removed so I had to go back and pay and now she's telling me that I need to buy another pair of glasses when they lost the glasses.
