I always get super nervous about joining in at a new optometrist, any medical place honestly because of how hit-and-miss it can be nowadays. But here, I was greeted warmly, respected, and assisted with everything I needed, and then some! Minuet and Trevor are so pleasant and friendly, and Dr. Tannous is extremely professional with fantastic bedside manner, per se. Great deals, too! But, ultimately, it’s the customer service portion that makes it or breaks it for me. Thank you so much, guys!

I had a wonderful experience here. The staff was very friendly, informative and helpful. Jade helped me pick out my glasses. I loved working with her! Gave me great recommendations and got me out of my normal. Would definitely recommend them!
Trevor and Lubna at Visionworks at HoweaboutArden are great. They have a great experience, and they are very helpful. Dr. Tannous was great and explained everything going on with my eyes.
I called to schedule an appointment and check my insurance to see if they take it. I had questions about my benefits and how much it cost breakdown would be with a certain pair of frames and lenses. The lady who took my call was very rude. She let me know she couldn't do pricing or anything until after my appointment and they giving me pricing would be a HIPAA violation. I want somewhere else got a better deal I will never be going to visionworks.
