Worst place to buy prescription glasses. Prices are actually higher than buying directly from the Ray-Ban website, which makes no sense for a retail store. On top of that, they push a lot of unnecessary add-ons and upgrades during the purchase process, which quickly inflates the price. Another frustrating part is that prescriptions are only considered valid for one year, so they pressure you into getting a new exam sooner than expected. I was treated with respect and kindness. I was given excellent care from the entire staff. The pre-exams as well as the exam by the optometrist. My eye health plan was clearly given and understood. They helped me choose the best frames to fit my personality. They work with my insurance too! They helped me choose the most affordable lens package that also works with my vision needs. Exceptional care through and through. I could be a little selective, so it took me a couple of tries before I picked the pair of glasses. They had over 1800 frames in the store. Amazing sale of 60% off that’s actually better than my insurance coverage. Everyone in the store helped me lol. Everyone was so kind.
Since my first visit at Visionworks, I go to this one all the time I am always welcomed. I love the customer service the interaction, and the help that I receive picking out the cutest pair of glasses. I love the assistance that I get the patience in picking out my glasses Robert, Nate Lety, and Vanessa, as well as the lady who does the optic tests have all been so awesome.
