Love this place!! So easy to get appointments and they’re always very quick, knowledgeable, & kind. The front desk staff always try to make sure they’re getting you the best deals they possibly can. I live in Santa Cruz & I still come here when i’m in town because of how awesome they are. Thanks Visionworks team!
Great customer service,love this place
If you want five star service this is the place. We were going to America's Best but we weren't very happy the last few times we had been there. Today I decided to try visionworks and oh my gosh what a difference. The people are incredible the doctor was so nice and explained everything thoroughly and the reason why my eyes were blurry is I have cataracts. Who knew? I am so thankful for them and I will definitely come back and recommend them to everybody
It was very easy to book an appointment online, fill out the necessary forms, and confirm the date and time. The staff was prompt and on-time. The Optometrist was very nice and explained what she was doing. My insurance went through easily, and I was able to get both myself and daughter the prescriptions we needed.
