I had a wonderful experience getting my sunglasses adjusted. The staff, especially Max and Kylie, were incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed, and with a few small, precise adjustments, my sunglasses went from feeling a bit uncomfortable to a perfect fit. What an awesome experience! From the moment I walked in the door, KC was friendly and welcoming and I was greeted with a smile along with a can do attitude. The initial screening was easy and accurate. Once I was in with the doctor, Dr. Hemachandra, I felt relaxed and well taken care of. The exam was thorough and done with a smile.
