Went in for a repair on my glasses. Quick and easy. Out the door in 15 min
Twice in a row I call to ask if my daughters glasses are ready for pick up, get told on the phone yes they are ready for pickup. Drive 30 minutes to Visionworks and they are not ready for pickup. How hard is it to actually check? Customer service is lacking and they need to step it up.
