I’ve been going here for decades. The staff are always nice and I love the Optometrist, Dr. Puzio. Very personable. I’ve been seeing him since I started going here. Always concerned about my personal eye health. The exams are very thorough. Talks through all my concerns. Take the time to really make sure you understand your eye health and concerns. This place has the most friendliest and professional associates ever, Colleen and simone is the best they take care of me well. Cant wait to come here next year!
I took appointment and the I called them before going to the Eye Exam and the staff is very poorly educated about everything. I went after work it took me 45 minutes with the traffic and when I reached there the Receptionist said it’s only cover the eye exam for this year. My insurance will not cover the Glasses till next year August 2027. These all are making money. I was so upset that I wasted my time and the receptionist said Sorry. The staff is very poorly educated. They could inform me over the call when I called them.
