Everyone was very friendly and helpful even though I made 2 last minute end of day appointments.
Had a great experience picking out my new glasses didn't feel rushed or over sold on any services everybody was very nice

I paid hundreds of dollars for my contacts only to find out they had been sitting on the counter at Visionworks for WEEKS. I was the one who had to call and inquire about my contacts’ order status. Ordered them January 7…. never got a notification that they came in. I called in February. At first, they said they didn’t have them. Then I was on hold for a very long time and I guess they found them. Not once did I receive a phone call telling me that my contacts had arrived.
