This place made me so uncomfortable on so many different levels. The manger Huyen is over the top ingenious in her customer service. Huyen and the Dr. were either whispering about another employee or about me while I was in the office, either one was not ok. I seen a note regarding my interactions from a previous visit, when I asked to see the note Huyen quickly said no and rush away with the note, so weird. My wife and I actually found a optometry we like. Every year we're like "Eh, let's look for another place". This is the first place we will be going back to. The staff is super friendly and professional. The experience was laid back and comfy. But in the past with other places I had issues when I received my glasses. Hopefully this time it'll be different 🤞

I had a very disappointing experience at this office. I believe the owner, who also seems to be the doctor (an Asian woman with long hair), helped me when I went in to ask a simple question. She seemed rushed and more focused on making a sale than helping an existing customer. While I was speaking with her, she cut the conversation short and ran to assist another person who looked interested in buying glasses. I had a very disappointing experience during my visit. The doctor was rushing through the vision test because there were many patients waiting, and as a result, my prescription was incorrect. I now have to return to have it fixed. I wanted to share this feedback so the issue can be addressed.
