I had a wonderful experience thanks to Ryan and Huyen. Needed to fill my prescription on contacts and get new glasses and they were so helpful and helped me get the best deal with my insurance.
I had an amazing visit at visionworks the staff was so helpful. The Doctor was so friendly she took her time with the exam answered all my questions thank you Dr. Lam. Also I want to say thank you to the Doctor tech she was awesome and to the store manager Huyen she helped me fine some amazing sunglasses also to staff member Donnell who did my order and to Ryan who helped me fine some regular glasses for every day and Ashton who repaired one of my old pair thank you visionworks.
Don’t go to this office, I bought a glass from them and I returned four times to adjusted still herds my ears, they recommended a lanes-and I paid extra money but after two months got scratched, when went to them, they gave me different excuses l. Very bad experience
Ryan is an outstanding employee who provides exceptional customer service. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the entire transaction smooth and enjoyable. Communication with him was easy, and he went above and beyond to make my visit a great experience. I truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness, and I will definitely continue coming back because of the excellent service he provides.
Great experience, optometrist was very friendly. Specifically the regular staff they were all very friendly and welcoming especially Ryan, who helped check me out. I enjoyed my time there.
