The front office staff is so rude, I will not be returning to this location. I had an issue last year, but the office was new and everyone has bad days, so I assumed it was a one off. Unfortunately I had the exact same experience this year. They are so stand-offish it actually made me uncomfortable, as if my sheer presence was an annoyance. Great exam with Dr. Outar! Highly educational and highly recommend this office!
Dr Outar was so thorough and kind and explained everything proactively in detail. The ladies who helped me choose my glasses and pick them up were so wonderful. This is after I was late for my initial appt. Don’t be like me, but I had a wonderful experience and although it’s slightly out of the way for me, this is where I am going for all my ophthalmological needs.
Visionworks in Cary NC was very helpful again with me this year. They had good prices and the employees were informative and helped me make my glasses decision by taking the time to give me different quotes. I will be going back there again next year.
