Tuesday was so nice and helpful! She definitely addressed my concerns as I told her this was the third store I had been to based on pricing. She recommended some glasses based on my personal style and even recommended I try a second pair. Checkout was quick and easy and I cant wait to pick up my glasses in 2 weeks.
Not happy about my experience at VisionWorks. The optometrist on-site is very kind and knowledgeable. I wish i could sat the same about the staff. I called the day before the promised date to check on the status of my prescription glasses and asked specifically to be informed when the glasses come in. Since I still didn't get a call at 4pm on the promised date, I called again to find out that the glasses are ready for pickup. This is my second time going , the front desk has great customer service answered all questions and my appointment was on time . The doctor was great she was very knowledgeable and informative she took her time with me and really made sure I was comfortable with my new prescription
I had a great experience at Visionworks on Morrisville Market Center Drive. The staff was knowledgeable and straightforward, answering my questions clearly without pushing any extras or upsells. They focused on what I needed, making the process quick and easy. Definitely recommend this location—5 stars!
to be honest, disappointed that they don' have universal progressive glasses for near and far sight. I just crossed 40 have vision problems in seeing the near objects, was recommended to use the progressive dual but not happy about the glass range what they offer. I spend almost like $500 on 2 specs and still did not wear any of them even for a week as it is causing me lot of headache and vision problems. unfortunately they don't offer any premium like Hoya etc.
