Late review: Great front-office experience, very pleased with the appointment setup, insurance clarification, and hospitality. My issue, however, is with Dr. Mitchell. I told him multiple times that both my daily and monthly trial lenses were uncomfortable in my right eye. Instead of attempting to find a solution, he dismissed my concern the first time with, “You're thinking too much, it’ll go away.” The next time, I was told, “If you’re still thinking about it, maybe it’s not for you.” When I asked if we could try a differe... read more
I am 63 years old and I've never had this type of expertise and wonderful experience as I had at this location. The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and took her time to explain everything to me in detail. Elle assisted me in picking out eyeglasses and explained all the very reasonable costs to me. The entire staff and the doctor made this experience extremely delightful and I will continue with my eye care at this location from here on out. I wished I would have found this doctor years ago.
Each person there had their own friendly vibe and made me feel really comfortable the whole time. The doctor was awesome too, she actually listened and you can tell she really cares. Easily my favorite eye place I’ve been to! The wait was short. I had to reschedule online twice (I’m horrible I know). They answered questions about payment before hand so I knew what to expect. 10/10
