I did a glasses & contacts appointment. The appointment was just a zoom call. In the end, they printed out my glasses prescription wrong. It's someone else entirely. I should have checked before I left since the employees all seemed a little slow in the head so I should have assumed they'd mess up. The prescription isn't attached to my online account, and the online AI is actually no help (potentially the worst I've seen, it can't even find the store the appointment was at - can't even find the city). I bought a pair of glasses from VisionWorks in April. Right away, wearing them caused nausea and severe eye strain, but I assumed I just needed time to adjust. Fast forward to now: the issue hasn't gone away, and I'm about a month past their 100-day guarantee. I called to see if they could help—even just by taking basic measurements to verify if the lenses were defective. The front office staff is so rude, I will not be returning to this location. I had an issue last year, but the office was new and everyone has bad days, so I assumed it was a one off. Unfortunately I had the exact same experience this year. They are so stand-offish it actually made me uncomfortable, as if my sheer presence was an annoyance. I also missed a singular voicemail from them stating I was not eligible for an appointment based on my insurance - they did not attempt to call me a second time or put anything in writing... read more
