I have been to this location multiple times and have always received a consistent great quality of care. Booking an exam even last second is easy online as well. The doctor was patient and willing to listen to all of my concerns, the front desk staff were really kind and walked me through their promotions without being pushy, and helped me with my HSA card. The technician gave good clear instructions and was very quick and efficient with her work. All in all, I’m glad this visionworks is well worth the drive.
From check in, appointment with optometrist, and selecting my frame was a great experience. Great selection of affordable frames and awesome selection of brand names as well. I Highly recommend Visionworks on Steele St in Tacoma. My service was excellent.

I really wanted to like this place. My initial appointment was 8/2, the process was very quick and easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. They told me my prescription had decreased and I spent around $90 total for that appointment and a new pair of glasses. My new glasses came in about a week later and after trying them out for another week, I still couldn't see anything far away.
