I've come here multiple times for my eye exams. Staff is kind and quick to help! Only downside is I wish they had more options in store but over all not the worst selection. My last vist employee helped me with deep cleaning my lens as they needed popped out to do so and changed my nose peices and I'm so grateful didn't realize tell I got home she'd even tighted the screws on the arms of my frames and I'm so thankful.

I enjoyed my visit to Visionworks on Steele Street in Tacoma. The appointment was efficient. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. They had the frames that I wanted. Prices are competitive. Thank you for a great experience.

When we arrived, staff commented that there are quite a few people ahead of us. So I asked if we can step away for 15 min to grab food, they said it was ok. When we arrived just 7 min later than expected they told us the appointment is no longer available and we had to take a later appointment if we wanted. I had to re shuffle a lot of things to make this appointment happen, so it was very disappointing. The staff needs some training to manage situations like this, as the attitude was very uncaring and dismissive.
