Dr was very patient. Ladies at desk were very pleasant. Waiting on my trial contacts.
Was able to make an appointment 7/24 last minute , got in 15 minutes early & was greeted and checked in in a timely manner. Every associate I came in contact with was professional, welcoming and informative . Doctor was efficient and insured any questions or concerns I had were addressed Was quoted 7-14 days for my new glasses to arrive. I had 4-5 years on my last pair of glasses and were in terrible shape, the associate took notice and said no promises but they’ll see if they can get a rush order in. It was a great experience getting my first prescription! The staff and doctor were kind and knowledgeable. The store was very clean and overall it went pretty quickly for how busy they were. I will definitely keep returning for follow up care and services.
7/24 Update: I spoke with Jen at Visionworks and was told that the employee I had previously spoken with was mistaken. Visionworks replaced my frames. I've been very happy with the eyeglasses I bought from them, and look forward to receiving my sunglasses. This is my neighborhood store and will certainly be a longtime customer after this experience. Thank you all again!
