Staff was awesome!! They helped a ton with any insurance questions that I had, then took the time to help me choose a frame that was right for me and my crazy life. Dr Chu was also Amazing, took the time to answer questions and explain things to me so I can understand. All in all I would highly recommend to friends and family!

This Visionworks location is wonderful - friendly and professional staff. I arrived 30 minutes early and was still seen immediately. Check-in was super easy and quick. The doctor was great! Everything was explained to me completely and comprehensively. The help I received choosing a new pair of glasses was exceptional. (pssst... VSP and Visionworks partner together in a great way and the prices are terrific.)
My glasses suddenly developed a crack on the lens and the store manager graciously offered to replace them for free and I certainly appreciate that as I am a 65-year-old man on Social Security and couldn’t afford to purchase a new pair myself as I don’t have any health insurance. I’m so grateful.
We usually wait for the deals before going. Staff is nice and helpful.
