RecommendedFrom my kids and and Mother in law to myself, I have spent a kot of time is this store. I can definitely tell anyone that these ladies and men have so much patients and understanding. The Drs are great and give explanations to their recommendations. The ladies in the store are knowledgeable and give great honest opinions about fotband style. They are always willing to help you get the most bang for your buck for sure!!!
RecommendedEveryone was so helpful, and you weren't forced into buying the most expensive pair of glasses. I came in with a 7 year old. Everyone was so patient with him and friendly, that i am now leaving my private eye doctor and will be coming back for me too!
RecommendedFrom the minute I walked in, the girls were all very helpful. Guided me throughout my eye exam to picking out glasses that fit perfectly. Dana Erichsen specifically was very sweet. Remembered my name when I came back to pick up my glasses, and told me to call or pop in whenever I needed anything. Thank you for everything.

Improve on customer service skills, the general manager should not be arguing with patients at the front counter.
RecommendedI have appointment with Visionworks yesterday in Toms River on 37 I kept putting it off because of years ago I had an appointment there and I didn't like the service there... but I need to tell you yesterday even the appointment that I made this time the service was so nice on the phone I think the lady name is Dana and even the whole experience was just so beautiful it was a total difference... RecommendedI absolutely love going to this office! All the staff is so friendly and the doctors are caring and fantastic! When I’m in there I feel at home! Im sad I’m not gonna be going in for a while, because I really enjoy going there! Vicki, The office manager, is so helpful and knows everything about the office! The girls in the back made my glasses fast! The medical Assistant taught how to use Contacts. At all other doctors never felt comfortable until now. I definitely recommend going to visionworks in Toms River!
