I had such a great experience two years ago, went back today for exam and new glasses. Dr. Ahmad was great and Christie finished the process with efficiency and great customer service. All in all, a great place to fill your sight needs.
Christie helped me pick out glasses. She was extremely helpful. It didn’t take very long. Very quick. Exam was awesome, too. Very thorough. A few days later, much sooner than promised, I began to receive text messages, glasses ready. I was having a little trouble getting there before they closed. Barely made it. They were very friendly, even though I came in at closing time.
Ordered glasses and was given a promise date as to when they’d be in. I was told that the glasses never take until the promise date to get there, they’re usually there much sooner. I finally gave up on a phone call and went in the store on my promise date. Still no glasses. A week past promise date, still no glasses. Not a happy customer.
RecommendedDr. Ahmad seen me and my two little and I can honestly say he is amazing especially with the kids! My kids were terrified before we went in but he helped solve that!! A++ from us! The women are so helpful when checking out for glasses or your exams!
He did really great with my 2 year old. He made the whole thing fun and she had a blast. He seems to really enjoy his job. My husband and I get our contacts/glasses there also, very good selection. I do wish the front desk ladies were a bit more “friendly”. You go to walk up to one of them and they just ignore you. Like they haven’t seen you standing right in front of them. Then the desk that you’re not standing at, talks to you. There aren’t any signs telling which desk is which and they pass you around. They could at least... read more

Went to support my friend getting new glasses. Jeremy and the rest of the staff were relaxed but very professional. I ended up getting my eyes checked and got two new glasses.
Went in today for exam and glasses. Got exam first. Then when I was choosing glasses I was told it would be 2 weeks for bifocals. Ridiculous. That needs disclosed before the exam. I took my prescription and I'll go to your competitors.
