I got an email informing me that my glasses were ready for pickup. So I went to pick up my glasses from that I ordered almost 2 weeks ago. I spoke with Supervisor Emily and after she looked around she advised me that she could not locate my glasses. She asked me if one of my family members picked them up and I told her no considering I live an hour away. She then questioned weather I was messing with her because “other people have” before. RecommendedEmily is very helpful. She will go above and beyond to get you the best deal. I will definitely refer people to them and I will go back. This was my second time getting glasses from them and Emily has helped me both times. I recommend her and Visionworks❤️
I was very please with the service I rec'd yesterday!!! My glasses snapped in half, they were barely 18 months old. Emily and her team were very sympathetic and helped me out in this emergency situation!!!! Especially since my frames were "flexible" and should not have broke.

worst customer service ever. have had glasses for 6 months and instead of trying to fix them they make us by brand new. every other eye glass place fixes their damaged products except for this place. there are 2 employees but the second one refuses to help anyone she just sits on a chair on her phone
Great service. exam and product. Cassi went above and beyond to make sure I had the best glasses for my needs. Everyone from start to finish made the process a great experience.
