I bought a box of contacts after my exam. It took a week to get them and they appear to be defective. after 2 days they seem to get sharp around the edges and irritate my eye. They told me to call the company or come in to see the doctor and let him see decide what to do. really? just order a new box and let's be done!
We had a great experience with the staff and doctor. Large selection of glasses to pick from. BOGO deals are great. George was very helpful and kind.
The team at Hamilton Commons Visionworks is wonderful! They always do their best to give their patients the best promotions and will crunch numbers to find what price range works best for you. Dr. Streitfeld has been the best eye doctor I’ve been to, he diagnosed me with a vertical prism and prescribed a special type of lens which has improved my eyesight immensely. Caryl was extremely helpful with picking my glasses and so patient when I gave her my price range and lack of insurance. I will go back to them every time!

This location especially Len was amazing, and very patient. We were having systematic issues with insurance and despite other customers coming in wanting to be prioritized and to speak with the manager who was Len he was able to take care of everything. He excused himself and quickly did what he could to support the other customer and returned back to attending me with great composure even though those customer were rude and impatient.
