Did not complete my order rude on the phone. Lost my new prescription. No apology for failure to fix problem did not turn on to my Insurance tried to put blame on me for no t following thru
RecommendedI cannot say enough good about our experience at this location tonight. My 7 year old broke his glasses at 5 pm. We made it to the store by 6 pm..they close at 7 pm. His prescription is pretty strong. His glasses could not be repaired. The girl that helped us was compassionate, understanding and so helpful!!! She stayed 30 minutes late with her lab tech and made glasses for my boy. She said she understood what it is like to not be able to see. We are beyond grateful!! Brianna B was a blessing!!!

We were just going through town and my husband's nose piece came off his glasses. We pulled in and they had them fixed in about 3 minutes for no charge. They were great!
Horrible customer service, this facility is severely understaffed and ill-equipped to provide any level of decent customer service. Take your money else where!

They were very friendly! I needed help picking out my first pair of glasses & they took time to help pick out the right ones that would best suit me! very, very helpful!! Definitely will be back in the future!! 😊
The family and I traveled to Georgetown today, because our eye doctor changed his location. (We love Dr. Randy Steele; we would follow him anywhere!) His new office is wonderful! The manager, Lydia, delivers great customer service. Need your eyes checked? We recommend this location. Great service. Great people. Great prices. They’re open on Saturdays, too!
