Reasonably price, professional staff
I has severly scratched one of my lenses and needed it replaced. First spoke to them on the phone, they quickly determined my glasses were still under warranty. I went in next day to drop them off. It was such a quick courteous transaction!
The eye exam was thorough and the results were explained in words I understood. Everyone was kind and thoughtful, taking me through the process skillfully and making me feel at ease. There was no pressure to buy glasses after my exam.
I’m going to be fair here and assume since they have a lot of decent to good reviews that the last few times I’ve went it’s just been a bad day because all of the ladies in the front give off a very unfriendly vibe , hate working , feel inconvenienced even with the smallest request , if you ask them anything that makes them put in anything extra of effort it’s sneaky remarks , gas station clerks are more cheerful then this group FORTUNATELY the Optometrist Dr Farmer is super friendly
The staff at Visionworks Georgetown KY are very professional, and kind. They helped me by replacing my glasses because the bifocals didn’t work for me and they did not charge me extra. They got me an appointment very quickly. They treated me great.
