So, today is the 4th time that my glasses have to be remade. Ordered glasses in August and each time they have to be remade it is 2-3wks. Seems like there is no QA when I can hand the glasses to a supervisor and he immediately responds with, yeah those bifocals are low. How many times should I have to go through this? Store supervisor was helpful, but I’m at the end of my rope.

Every time I go to get more contacts they say I need another eye exam. I only buy a 6 month supply at a time and had a exam this year already, so you do the math. The lady that was working in the front had trouble looking up my info and I’ve been there multiple times for a couple years. Then she said I had a current prescription only to find out when I got back to the contact area the lady back there refused to sell me any because my prescription was now magically expired. RecommendedI want to give a personal shout out to Vision Works at the Springhurts location off Westport Road. I had the fastest in and out eye exam with a purchase of contacts for the year. They followed a strict covid 19 protocol. Took my temperature and gave me a mask. Took one person in at a time it seemed. They were very professional and serious about this virus. I have gotten eye exams here the last couple of years, but when my dog chewed up my new glasses today (true story) they helped me get them replaced with “warranty” replacement! They could have just charged me full price for another pair of glasses instead they went above and beyond and earned a life long customer!!!! Thank you all!!!!
This was the BEST experience I have had at any optometrist including Visionworks and Dr. Bizer and I have been wearing glasses for 40 years. Customer service is dying in this country and these guys knocked it out of the park Saturday!!! Every single person I came into contact with was the best!!
