RecommendedMade my first visit to Visionworks yesterday, and it won't be my last. They have the largest selection of frames I have ever seen. I got a great deal on some beautiful frames. I like that they are open late, too. Great experience!
Appointment was at 2:30pm was there early but while waiting to check in the ladies kept helping customers who walked in after I did then was extremely rude once I was finally helped. Waited an hour to go check in to see how much longer it would be to be told I still had people in front of me. Given my limited child care which should have allowed for my 2:30 appointment time plus some I told them I would be leaving and finding somewhere else to get my exam/contacts. I would NOT recommend them even to my enemy.
Was there yesterday 1/10/19, had a great experience from the time I walked in until the time I left helped me as I looked for frames to fit my face, etc. It’s important to pick a time to go when they are not so busy and time can be devoted to helping you.

My appointment was at 1:00, I arrived at 12:30. I was not seen until 3:45. Dr. Lindsey was rushing, it was obvious. She was cold and unfriendly and almost rude. The front line staff was wonderful, however. But the wait time was absolutely terrible and the actions of Dr. Lindsey were unacceptable. I will never go back or recommend this location to anyone.
Best Ever. If you haven't been you should go! Best Doctors and staff if I do say so myself!
These folks are the best! When I was at my wits ends looking for a eye doctor with experience in my child's eye defect they welcomed us in with open arms and thoroughly examined him! You cant go wrong here
We were well token care of when we were in.
