The optometrist and assistant were so friendly, knowledgeable, kind and helpful. However, the receptionist in the Aloha optometry section could use a little finesse in greeting customers: she was a little abrupt and did not smile at all. The rest of the staff were cordial and Luis from Visionworks was absolutely delightful, patient and helpful as well as the other staff members in that section of the store. I am happy with my choice with this new facility for me. Thank you.
Great experience. The staff was great. They were very welcoming and informative. My time was valued and the Dr. was very thorough and took time to discuss my options and treatment plan.
They have an inconsistent schedule. This is 3 times I've come and they were supposed to be open and there's a sign stating they'll be back in such n such minutes. When a store is scheduled to be open, it makes it really inconvenient for those of us with a busy schedule to take time out to make a "quick stop" and end up having to wait 20+ minutes to get serviced. Sandy did a great job very friendly but professional and made the process very easy, thank you all T
Great service in a very busy store. The woman who worked with me had two or three other clients. She went cheerfully from client to client and took us all through the process all in a timely manner. Her tone of voice was never rushed and she was always polite and professional with all of us. Very impressive!
