Absolutely great experience. Eye exam is very thorough and not rushed and doctor explains everything. Prices on glasses go from $69 and up with many choices in all price ranges. From eye doctor to everyone there, very friendly, helpful. A+ experience.
Staff are friendly. Both at the vision exam desk and the staff who assist you with your purchase. I purchased new glasses and had my previous sunglasses adjusted. They were very quick with delivery and assisting me with adjusting my glasses.
Everything about my visit was excellent! Scheduling an appointment online was very easy and they had plenty of availability. I did not have to wait months to get in. Check-in was smooth and straightforward and I was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. The opticians, receptionist are professionals in every way in their field and are always a pleasure to be helped by. They have a wide selection of frames and price points to fit anyones taste and budget. The only thing that irritated me was that I was not informed I needed to up date all my information! If I knew ahead of time I would've been better prepared with my pertinent information. The Dr is great she allows time for questions which is greatly appreciated.
