First time at VisionWorks, & I was absolutely impressed. This Cape, pine island rd location is convenient. Doctor is saw was excellent, very attentive, didn't rush & was thorough! The staff was cordial, attentive & helpful! Will be my go to for eye examination.

The doctor is great and so was the young man name Mario upfront but the lady in the back with long hair by the name of Tabatha who is the technician was extremely RUDE. After waiting over an hour for our appointment, we decided to outside to get fresh air when she rudely comes outside to say “we’ve been calling you.” The nerve after we’ve been her over and hour and just now getting called in for eye measurements before seeing the doctor.
