In my opinion, they don’t Even Deserve this one star should be zero they never answer the phone and when they do, it’s the patient’s fault then you can’t be seen because you’re late because they don’t answer the phone. My child has migraine every single day for a month. They will do nothing to help. You don’t care about patience. All they care about is $$$$$ how many people they can get in and out the door fast on there time frame no exceptions.
I have been a customer at vision works for years and I won't go anywhere else! The associates are great and my doctor was fantastic!! Thankyou visionworks!!
I stopped into Visionworks and had the pleasure to deal with Mario. He was polite and quick. Replaced a missing screw, tightened up the others and then refit my glasses to my misshaped head.

I just left here. I walked in and was greeted by a lady and I told her I was looking for eyeglasses. She tells me where the mens glasses were so I go and look and after 10 to 15 minutes I asked her could I get some help since there was no one else there. I then found out you don't accept my vision insurance. This could of been taken care of in the first few minutes if she would of just helped me when I walked in. Instead I wasted my time. You need hire people that give better customer service.
