The team was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful in guiding me through my options.They kept the area clean and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this Visionworks for anyone looking for reliable service and excellent results.
I don’t do reviews often, Dr. Dana Vo was super sweet and informative. I was in and out in an hour or so. Plus Emil is great, he review my insurance to make sure everything was in my budget and gave me good advice on frames and styles. Haven’t gone into an eye doctor since I was a kid, but so glad I went and will be back.
VisionWorks is a great place to get glasses. Very friendly and knowledgeable associates. Quick service. Dr answered all questions. They even adjusted my current glasses even though they were bought somewhere else. I highly recommend this place.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Customer service was excellent from looking at frames (prior to exam), checking in for eye exam, eye exam, to having assistance on finding the perfect frames and figuring out what we needed with our glasses (we both bought two pairs). Visionworks on Ft Apache is the 3rd location I have been to in Las Vegas. The customer service is consistent at all three locations. Top notch. I recommend everyone to get their glasses at Visionworks. Thanks guys.
