Cannot leave a zero but set an appointment for the optometrist and per insurance my copay is $10 and without asking they decided for me to go ahead and charge a much higher copay for something I did not request nor was ever asked to do. Cannot judge from past the counter but the front is the face of business and turned me away immediately. Never going back.
