They didn’t enter my prescription right.On my prescription it said 010 but they had put 112 so the lens were way off.Placed my order march 29,2026 received them on May 15,2026.Now I have to wait another two weeks to get my glasses.
Very friendly staff. Everyone answered my questions to a detail that seemed above and beyond. As someone who never experienced any ocular issues in the past, they did a great job explaining to me what all of the tests were for and what I was going to experience. I learned a lot from a single short session for both my problem and any future issues that may arise.
