I recommend Vision Works 10 out of 10. Employees were very helpful and friendly answered all my questions and gave me the best customer experience. Shout out to Ken Mills for helping me pick out my new glasses and giving me the best eye experience. Was willing to help out and choose what looked good. He definitely knew what he was doing.
I have a visionworks glasses where net string on rimless glass was cut. It was an easy fix of just using a new net string. However, this location does not help with even such simple fixes. Instead they were asking for warranty and finally said they don’t fix. I went to nearby vision works around Lakeline and they fixed it for free, no questions asked on the other locations. The cedar park location is only looking to sell, they are not supporting in fixing or helping out. Beware about this location.
The Manager helped me out with my purchase. He was very kind, knowledge and patient in helping me find the perfect frames and lenses. It was a smooth, stress-free process. I appreciate him for all of his assistance. I recommend Visionworks. They will take care of you and help you find what you need.
