Horrible service. Never call.me back to pick up my glasses
It used to be great service, now is getting bad front desk service and not answering phone calls at all
Do not go here if you expect any communication after you leave. Customer service is fine while you are in person but once you leave you don’t exist. They have “forgotten” to order my daughter’s trails on different occasions and now they are back ordered?
I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and the staff has always been respectful and kind. I went in recently to replace my 9 years old glasses and their costumer service was above my expectation! All their staff is amazing! It’s worth the wait when you walk in without an appointment
