Lily Forceskie, the OD at the Happy Valley Road location, gave me more facts and information on what I was experiencing with my vision than anyone else. She was very thorough and I didn't feel like we were rushed. Their facility has some of the best opticians for eyeglass adjustments. They're always willing to do an adjustment even if the glasses weren't purchased there.
This place is really quick when you show up for your appointment! It is super easy to book an appointment on their website. The eye doctor was polite and she also recommended me better contacts to try other than the current ones I used. The staff is also very helpful and friendly! Definitely will recommend to others in the area and will be back for future visits! It’s in a nice shopping area so when you’re done with your visit you can go shop around or get you something to eat!
Great customer service. All employed were knowledgeable and treated me with focused care. Great office.
