I came in to get my eyes checked today, and not only was the service great, but the experience was unexpectedly hilarious, in the best way. The gentleman who helped me pick out frames was like a stand-up comedian! Jimmy had me genuinely laughing the entire time, and it made the whole visit fun and relaxed. I thought the rep was very friendly, but she seemed robotic, l was mentioning l wanted a second pair of glasses. And it seemed like she wasn’t acknowledging my desires so l didn’t persuade her otherwise.
