I have had the opportunity to get glasses for my 2 children here, everyone is really kind, especially Kimmie, she is so sweet and attentive, she makes your experience so pleasant, I really know that God puts these people in special places, thank you for your attention Kimmie, may God bless you greatly
Their phone system confirmed they accept my insurance and scheduled my daughter’s appointment, but when we arrived, they wrote my info on a sticky note and then said they don’t take it. Huge inconsistency between what they say over the phone and in person, and very unprofessional and concerning handling of personal information.
