Awesome place and I felt like they care about their patients.
Dr Nguyen was incredible explaining all the changes and options available. Jenny went above and beyond helping pick out the perfect pair of glasses. I'm extremely picky, and she was patient, gracious, and happy. The Oviedo location is 💯🦾💛
Got to the store at 6:10 pm today . As soon as we entered there was no greeting or anything. We went to get glasses for 3 of my kids . The lady up front said that we should come tomorrow and that they were doing inventory and would not prefer us to see the glasses.we requested to see the glasses atleast but there was another lady trying to help with a smile but the first one told her that she already told us to leave and come tomorrow. We left there by 6:15 with 15 min still left for the store to close .
I’m very disappointed with the service at Visionworks. I bought my glasses there in November, and within just six months, one of the nose pads fell off. When I went back for help, they told me the glasses couldn’t be repaired and suggested I buy a new pair at 25% off and I should have bought a purchase insurance. Thankfully, I walked across the street to Target Optical, and their staff kindly put on a nosepad for me or free within seconds—even though I hadn’t bought them there.
