The only thing I can say about Visionworks the employees are incredible. I had just moved to Texas from Florida when I fell and broke my glasses. I had purchased my glasses in Florida prior to moving. The employees at the Preston Road store, Salam and Vashman, that helped me are to be commended. They were so helpful they were able to order a new pair of glasses at a minimum price and said they would be here in 7-10 business days. Nobody ever answers at this location, so be prepared to go in if you have any questions. I have called multiple times and still the same result. The car will place you on hold for a brief moment and send to a voicemail that automatically hangs up on you. The service was great when we went in, but the follow up is not there. In a nutshell, DO NOT COME HERE AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. The experience here was untenable. I went with a simple request of running a quote with insurance for my contacts. The lady at the front had a horrible attitude, clearly seemed like she did not want to be there. She dint want to elaborate or run accurate numbers, was not willing to explain the id that was for a single vs a pair or if the boxes were for (3,6, 12 etc).
