This was going to be my first time here. I entered the optometrist office and heard a voice not knowing who the lady was addressing. I was filling out my paperwork when other customers were coming in and already there. The lady playing receptionists was being rude to customers there and coming in. When she asked me if I was ready, I said nope, I will not becoming here anymore with the way she treats customers. Pretty bad first impression on new customer's. Came in after receiving my notification that my glasses had came in. I was on vacation when I got the message so the day after I get back I drive an hour in to pick them up and they are not there. They’ve already been dispensed to someone. Granted this is on a Sunday but when my girlfriend calls to confirm their hours on Sunday they tell her the glasses are in and ready. How can I company not even confirm they gave the right glasses to the right person. I hope their version of “make it right” and mine are the same.
