Made an appt using their on line app. Showed up filled out paperwork to be questioned about if I had appt or not. Luckily I had the email confirmation. Then they couldn’t pull up my sons insurance info. I called my insurance company that said of course he has coverage and magically then they found it in their computer system. Brought into the back and then seated. 1 hour after scheduled appt still waiting. No other patients in building. Told that the doctor was with another patient.
