RecommendedStore is closed and apparently the only one out here that is closed. My lenses were ordered 1 month ago and I cannot get them. They were not sent to me!!
Staff is friendly, helpful and very knowledge. Sally is great at finding the perfect frame for your face shape and even takes into consideration your personality. If you want the best go to the Visonworks in Tomball.
This was the best eye appointment I have ever had. For the first time in 10 years I got contacts that fit properly. The wonder optometrist listen to my concerns about past tries and handed me contacts that were perfect! I am absolutely amazed! She was social and made me feel at home and welcomed. Was there four hours but buying for three people and included vision tests for three of us. Don’t recommend doing it that way but John was awesome and made sure I got my money’s worth and I purchased 5 pair of glasses for my family!
I am a people person and really enjoy dealing with other people persons. It just so happens that not only is Sally Griffith a people person she is and acknowledged professional Eyeglass glass dispenser. Don’t ask her a question unless you want to hear the truth as she told me some of the glasses that I was choosing did not do my countenance justice. This woman KNOWS😊! I really enjoyed my vision Works experience and it was totally because of Sally. Five stars here. six if I could give it to them!
Great service, great glasses. Optician, Sally is not only very friendly, but also thoroughly knowledgeable and professional. Optometrist corrected an error in my prescription that was written by my Opthalmologist. I'll be back for the next pair.
Just picked up my new glasses at the Tomball location. The staff is awesome, wish I could give this location a 10� review! Sally is especially awesome!
I’ve been going to the Tomball store for a few years now and Sally is the best. She’s friendly and quickly resolved my problem. I wouldn’t go any where else as long as she is there.
