I called Visionworks this afternoon frantic because my son had broke his glasses beyond my superglue fix. Lexie was very understanding & helpful. She explained the doctor was leaving at 2 & if I could get there asap they would be able to help. When we got there, she had already told the doctor we were on our way. Within 10 minutes the paperwork was filled out & Ian was getting his exam. The doctor was wonderful, personable & professional. Then we had the pleasure of meeting Brehen to help with new frames. Lisa was very helpful with all of my many questions over the phone prior to my appointment! I am a repeat customer and will continue to come back. The whole staff is always very friendly and the process from start to finish is very efficient. Highly recommend to anyone!
Both of my children wear glasses. All of the staff go out of their way to help them feel less anxious about the exam. Everyone is extremely kind and very helpful.
I recommend Vision Works and if you go there, you must get Frankie to help you....she’s professional and extremely knowledgeable. I just love her!

I come here every couple of years to take advantage of my Davis insurance. This location has a lot of trendy styles, and I love my digital progressive lenses . Great customer service every time from Tammy. She has helped me every time I have made a purchase. She is truly a gem. Thanks
