This is 2021 WHY on earth can we not get an actual person on the phone ?!?!? No your automated robot can't answer my questions. There is no option other than holding in which no live employee answers the phone. Now we have to drive 30 mins to the store to resolve something that should be easily taken care of over the phone. Super annoyed!

This place is horrible. This is the second time I’ve been their, second time terrible service. This staff has no clue. Went for exam in January- almost April and they still don’t have my trial pair. Absolutely clueless. Go to Costco because this place is run by idiots. McDonald’s has better service than this place. Just want my money back at this point. Bunch of clowns here
It is unfortunate that the staff was so rude. Finally told it would be another 20 minute wait before I would even be allowed in to look at frames. No problem. I went elsewhere and spent my $350!
I got an eye exam and glasses there. I’ve honestly gone since I was in second grade. Prior to no problems. However now I cannot see from one eye. I have called the number provided both for the store and the main company line 23 times in a month and never get a real person. I am getting migraines on the daily and cannot drive as a result. I will be going to another optometrist to have another exam and glasses made which will be out of pocket unfortunately.

Why cant i simply phone my local branch and order a repeat set of glasses, instead i have to speak to computers and automated messaging that wont let me speak to a real person? the actual staff and optometrist were great however. Go somewhere els
