I no longer have eye insurance so need my prescription. They refuse to email it to me and are making me go in to retrieve my prescription in the middle of a pandemic. The male I talked to there was a obviously a miserable dude who doesn't get laid enough and was extremely rude. They use the excuse that they can fax my prescription but don't have access to outside email. They could try to not degrade customers or speak badly about them when they leave the store. It makes me wonder what they had to say about me when I left.
