Daisha and Sean once again have provided outstanding customer service! They were helpful, patient, encouraging - and very nice. I got new glasses at VisionWorks in February. Unfortunately, my vision continued to worsen. In May, I got new prescriptions again. Deja and Sean honored VisionWorks policy of replacing the lenses for FREE within the 90-day window! The staff was friendly and helpful and very accommodating.
Everyone was kind, welcoming, and highly professional. I was very impressed with the new technology and felt that I received a very thorough examination—I honestly felt like I was in the Star Trek universe! The virtual visit with Dr. Adams was extremely informative, and he did an excellent job explaining everything clearly and answering my questions. I will definitely encourage my family and friends to visit Visionworks.
