Best ever salesperson!
Today, September 5th, we visited the Silver Spring location because my grandmother wanted to get new frames. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The receptionist, Talia, was wearing a white T-shirt and seemed to have an attitude when my grandmother asked for her opinion on different frames. She did not make any effort to get up and assist her in finding a pair that fit her well.
