Rude, incompetent, and disrespectful. She hijacked my appointment—one I had been looking forward to—with negative energy. I had to cancel because of the toxic attitude the young representative (light-skinned Hispanic with long, oily black hair in a ponytail and glasses) was projecting. I will never attend this establishment again.
Customer service was great! Z greeted me when I came in, was helpful but in no way pushy like the store I had just come from. She heat-adjusted my glasses, now they don't slide down my nose anymore! She was SO patient, offering to adjusting them a little here & a little there so many time for me til they fit perfectly. Thanks Z!
