My father placed his prescription order on Dec 29 and he should have received some type of notification on January 6th and was told that the order would be completed on the 12th. We are now on January 20th and we have not received any response nor updates on when his prescription will be completed. Now all he wants is a full refund and he is getting the run around. Will definitely NOT be a returning customer. Poor poor service.
Service was horrible, the staff has no personality at all. Ask a question it’s a yes or no answer....
RecommendedI had an Awesome experience with Visionworks in River Oaks! Ericka performed my pre-exams, she was very Professional and Pleasant. Clean facility, calm atmosphere. And my glasses were ready in 1 week.
I went In for an eye exam and Erica was the only person working the floor. She was patient, very helpful & absolutely amazing. The doctor was nice too

Ileana gave phenomenal customer service. Showed great knowledge with insurance, pricing, deals and glasses style. She was very attentive to all my questions and gave a surplus of information. She is an asset for the company and look forward to coming back.
