RecommendedI didn't have an appointment but was in need of an exam and to order contacts! Heidi was super helpful and was able to get me in right away, had an exam and ordered contacts all within 45 mins if not less!! the other staff was very helpful and dr chen was really thorough!! highly recommend!
RecommendedToday was my daughter first appointment here and we loved the dr. They were very, very clean. They wiped down EVERYTHING often. The two ladies that worked with us were also pleasant and kind. The only ‘problem’ which didn’t affect me but did other customers waiting, was the one worker spend more time on here phone in the back then actually doing any work.

I have been doing business here for many years but since last year Vision works customer service is very bad!!!! Not to mention that they don’t answer there phone!!!

RecommendedStaff was: 100% committed to Covid-19 protection; aware of providing both timely and excellent service; personable; knowledgable; flexible. My associate listened, made good suggestions, provided options at varied prices. He was attentive to my needs, while working at a pace which respected the needs of newly arriving customers. I give Visionworks an “AAA” for both my 2018 and 2020 visits.
