This place is horrible. This is the second time I’ve been their, second time terrible service. This staff has no clue. Went for exam in January- almost April and they still don’t have my trial pair. Absolutely clueless. Go to Costco because this place is run by idiots. McDonald’s has better service than this place. Just want my money back at this point. Bunch of clowns here
RecommendedI so appreciate a truly valuable employee, Besaida, who was able to research and locate new frames compatible with my old ones I broke today. She was able to have my still intact lenses inserted and I walked out being able to see again! Besaida is fabulous!!!
Business response:

RecommendedThe service was wonderful, eye exam quick, and I had the best help picking out frames!!! And who doesn't love BOGOs??? Great experience and they will be shipped to my home. Good stuff all around! Thank you :)

RecommendedMy first time in this store and I came in about 40 mins before closing, thinking they closed later than they did. Tammy and Willie were excellent on meeting my optical needs and they stayed late to accommodate me. Very professional and knowledgeable. A very pleasant experience. 5+ Star service!!
RecommendedGreat selection of frames, and fantastic employees in the store. Very knowledgeable about our options, thanks to Katherine for her patience!
RecommendedVery helpful and friendly staff, they walked me through the whole process and made me comfortable and didn’t rush my frame choice.
