RecommendedI just transferred to get a new eye doctor, thought I'd try this place out since only certain places accept my insurance. Never a bad experience so far. All the ladies are wonderful, super helpful, and friendly. Very clean and open spaced business. my visit was very fast, they got me in and out which is always great. Love this place and the workers. 5 out of 5 stars!
Customer Service is unprofessional. People shouldn’t work with the public if you’re prejudice or got a bad nasty attitude. I rate this vision work (1) one.
Had my eye exam and the doctor was so nice. She was patient and explained everything. Then when looking for new Frames there were so many options! I was able to get 3 pairs of glasses for a third of the price I usually pay for 1 pair! I am so excited for the options! Very happy with the decision to check them out. I would highly recommend them!
I highly recommend Visionworks! They were very efficient, all of the staff were very friendly, and the visit in general went very smooth! Thanks Visionworks :)
I had an eye exam and had to have my eye dilated. I’ve never had it done before and the dr explained everything I would experience. She also told me if it was covered under my insurance or not. I then went back today and had the “practice test” to put my contacts in and out. The dr was more than patient with me and very helpful!
Dr. Cavender takes time to explain everything while she's doing the eye exam. This is nice when you have a teenager getting glasses & contacts. Deborah was our sales associate. She was helpful in picking out frames & getting the best deal for us. I highly recommend Visionworks in Bradley.
