RecommendedLast weekend I visited The Woodlands branch to have a new screw put on my glasses. Mark waited on me. He also did my sunglasses nose packings .He was most helpful, cordial & efficient. My glasses are as new. Many thanks!

Picked out frames, went to sign in no pen. One lady told me to have a sit I’d be next, was sitting patiently waiting. Another customer walk in was at the counter, another clerk came up to her asked if she’d been helped. I looked at the first clerk, and said was I over looked. Nothing happened and I left . No one a knowledges me til I stood at counter. Then Only one did. No service. Left and they didn’t even care. Would be back. Do not recommend. Worst cost ever.
Wonderful, quick, and friendly service! George was our representative. He was professional and efficient, and most importantly, he helped us save money!

Vision works The Woodlands is awesome! We will definitely use them again. They even replaced my husbands frames with no issues after they broke a year after we bought them.
I was able to get my current glasses fixed but even better, purchased another pair for a great price. Staff was so helpful and went out of their way to assist us. They even selected a handful of other frames for me to try on which complemented my face better. Overall a very good experience.
vision works was quick and easy and the glasses came in on the actual delivery date Morgan was also very helpful and friendly
