I just came from Boca Raton to get a set of pads replaced on a pair of glasses I purchased at the Coral Springs store at Tutle Crossing. The employee first told me me I needed an appointment, that was a lie (I checked the website). Then she said they were too busy, ... the 2 employees and myself were the only ones I could see. she then said leave the glasses and come all the way back. What a sad excuse for customer service. I've purchased 3 pairs of glasses there recently. I will not be back.

I was told my glasses and contacts would be there by July 31st I had to call tonight August 2nd 7"25 PM to be told the glasses were in however I have to call back tomorrow to see if the shipment of contacts contain my order. I've had to call they have not called me. Thus the rating of poor, order was completely paid for at the time of the exams and we'll see how the glasses are and if I am not happy, well !
Very pleasant experience took my dad in for his first eyes exam since 2008. He's going to be 75 and sometimes a bit impatient LOL. But they were wonderful and he left there extremely happy. I can't thank them enough for helping me work things out the way that they did� They were very honest and did not try to upsell and take you for as much money as possible like so many other optical places do. Thank you vision works we will be back!
