My glasses were promised on 8/15 went over to the store they were not ready was told they would call. i called on Monday 8/17 and was told told they were in but not ready. Received a text to call for an appt to pick up the glasses. Phone just rings and then a recording comes on and you are on hold forever. No one picks up the phone. This is Visonwrks #1170. Ordered glasses and paid in full April 8th. Today is May 13th and they still dont have them ready and can not tell me when they will be ready. My first and definitely last time going here
